Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is strict and 100% honest. Every garment is handcrafted from scratch across numerous high quality factories overseas. We produce in limited batches. Once a batch sells out we go back into production.

Depending on where we are in the process some orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks before they ship whereas some items ship out next business day if labeled as "Ready to ship" on product page. 

Shipping Times
Once your order is ready please allow 1 business day for processing and packing. After it leaves our hands allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery depending on your location and carrier.

Carriers and Tracking
We ship via USPS Express for US orders and Canada Post or Purolator for Canadian orders. Your tracking number is sent to your email once your order has been picked and packed by our team.

You Will Always Hear From Us
We send regular email updates from the moment you order to the moment it ships. Our DMs are open the whole time at @inyourcityy on Instagram. We are transparent and no order gets left behind.

Order Policies
•All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please review your order before checking out.
•We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Contact your carrier to file a claim.
•If your package is returned due to an incorrect address the buyer is fully responsible for the cost to reship.
