Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is strict and 100% honest. Every garment is handcrafted from scratch across numerous high quality factories overseas. We produce in limited batches in case where our on hand inventory is sold out the items delivery time will be noted on product page details for your reference. 

All orders ship within 7 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll get tracking number via email. Delivery takes 4-7 days for USA customers and 2-4 days for Canada. Please note depending on your location. Times can vary a bit city to city.

Carriers We Use
We ship via USPS Express for US orders and Canada Post / Purolator for Canadian orders. Your tracking number is sent to your email once your order has been picked and packed by our team.

We send regular email updates from the moment you order to the moment it ships. Our DMs are open the whole time at @inyourcityy on Instagram. We are transparent and no order gets left behind.

Order Policies
•All sales are final. No refunds or exchange are a must. Please review your order before checking out.
•We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Contact your carrier to file a claim.
•If your package is returned due to an incorrect address the buyer is fully responsible for the cost to reship.
